The staff professionalism varied.

The premium room with a balcony impressed me with its beauty and cleanliness. A hot water bottle was provided for the chilly night. The terrace outside offered a lovely space to relax after a day out. Breakfast chairs felt unstable was great. This small issue took away from an otherwise wonderful stay.

Everything is perfect, truly enjoyed my time here. The units are tastefully decorated, top-class with a pretty terrace and comfy beds. Nice and welcoming staff as one would expect. The location is central.

Consider requesting a hot water bottle for chilly nights, as temperatures can drop significantly.

Enjoyed how the great value and tastefully decorated a double room with balcony was arranged when we arrived. The room had a safe and multi-channel television plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location: the hotel was right by plaza foch with many restaurants and bars as well as artesanal market...

The junior suite really misleads with its description, just a tight room with a bed and sofa!!! Breakfast chairs wobble too much!!! I expect stability when dining!!!

Cozy atmosphere with a comfortable double room with great bedding for a good night's sleep. The extra amenities, like a portable heater and additional blankets, helped combat the chilly weather.

Rooms can be quite cold during the night due to varying temperatures, especially in the rainy season. This can be a challenge . Breakfast chairs lack stability, which can distract from enjoying meals comfortably.

The staff were fantastic and attentive, I mean they got us hot water bottles and biscuits at night! Plus, every inch of our room was super clean, and we slept like babies every night.

It wasn't cheap, but I'd say it's still within 'reasonable' limits.

Really good Service and Cozy Rooms

I was thoroughly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, who not only arranged my airport transfer at 4 AM but also provided a tasty breakfast on demand, complete with fresh fruits and eggs prepared in various ways. The location is perfect for exploring, as it's a nice walk to both Carolina Park and the historic center. Weekend noise from nearby bars can be quite disruptive, so be prepared with earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was very comfortable and I loved the large balcony. The breakfasts were delicious and made it easy for my busy days.
